Why did this girl say what she said?

today i wore a big collar shirt that was blue with white stripes i also wore REALLY white brand new sneakers and black shorts so i guess u could say that i dressed to impress


all day kids said things to me like nice shirt


pop ur collar ect and when i walked down the steps to go to science there was a girl who just looked up at me and said"DAMN" really loud and just looked at me


now i no this sounds like a dumb question but why did she say that


im not very attractive(i dont think)or was it just the clothes i wore that day


or did she say "damn" in a mean way

Why did this girl say what she said?
Possibilities:


1) (surprised expression) WOW NICE CLOTHES/WOW SO DRESSY


2) (frowny expression) Ewww.
