In which Simpson's episode does Flanders wear a halloween costume with a head that falls off?

I think it's from one of the earlier Treehouse of Horror episodes.





There's a knock on the Simpson's door, they answer it, the head falls off (can't remember why) and then Ned's head pops up through the collar to show that it was a costume.





I ask because I was given an animation cell of this scene, but couldn't place the exact episode from memory.
