can anyone explain why i get it on the back of my neck.......cuz they can get really big sometimes, that i always hav to pop my collar to hide it, so how do i avoid gettin another one?

Sometimes like once every few months i get this one big red pimple on the back of my neck...?
Dude it might be due to allergy, you need to keep washing that part with a good soap ACNE probably, it would keep the pimple from spreading.
Note do not share your soap with anyone.

Reply:could be the result of an ingrown hair. I get them from time to time and they resemble a pimple only bigger. I don't know how to avoid the problem, maybe visit a dermatologist. Good luck.
Reply:My x has that same problem but on his head its a strange tho so he went to the docter but he said there was nothing that he could do....so try washing it with an acne treatmeant with salic acid in it...
Reply:I do from time to time and its from sweating while working out. If the sweat dries before you shower it clogs the pores and you get a big pimple
