I just met a girl and I am going golfing with her family, they are wasps, prepster, and nantucket vacation type, I am wearing A polo (told to), and wondering should I pop my collar?

Not while you are golfing, but if you are going out with her friends it'd be cute. And to all of the idiots who said it is gangster? I mean really? Maybe they should be dropped off in a high violence area because I'm pretty sure there aren't people running around in popped collar polos.

Reply:if you're just wearing it outside. hanging out. dont. because it looks so stupid. but when you golfing, people pop the collar on purpose. especially in the summer, so they dont get tanline around the neck. thats the purpose of popping the collar. i know because i golf alot. but, its up to you. maybe you should ask the girl. but just be yourself and do whats comfortable for you.
