No, unless your neck is cold or your afraid to get your neck sunburned there's absolutely no reason to pop your collar. I work at AEO and I will go the point if I see someone with a popped collar I will excuse me and pop in down for them.

Reply:It's 'cute' sometimes, but I like regular collars, the whole popped trend was overdone just a tad bit. However, it is ok as long as you try not to do it every singal waking day. But I don't wear popped collars.
