Are popped collars cool?

I go to a preppy college and lot's kid's have popped collars, are they cool?

Are popped collars cool?
it is diffrent from school to school. some have moved on with certain styles or things to do and some start with it. But at my school we have unifroms and usually the italians and porgaese ( sorry for spelling) can pull it off.

I personally think it's nerdy looking, like the person forgot to smooth everything down.





It's also totally not my style. Some people at school it looks fine on- but they're kind of the nerdy/lacking ones.

Reply:i think it looks sloppy and makes me want to come up and fix your collar. I am a preppy left over from the 80s when it was popular the last time and I hated it then too.

It's cool if you're gay, out of fashion, AND 13. Any single one of those and its still not ok.
