haha great question! Frat-tastic is for people who want to look like they have no style of their own. They are probably also wearing deck shoes (without socks), and shorts, and most likely also wearing sunglasses hung around their neck by those Kavu things. lol

For some reason people want to pretend it's 1984 - I have no idea why.
